About the role
Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help K–12 students build essential skills, achieve their goals, and thrive throughout the school year in Lancaster, SC. Provide occupational therapy services to a K–12 student caseload in accordance with students' individualized education plans (IEPs). Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct and consultative therapy services across multiple school locations. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and required service records while participating in IEP meetings.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to K–12 students in line with their IEPs

Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid South Carolina Occupational Therapist License
- Previous school-based occupational therapy experience preferred
Pay
Earn $48.20 - $49.20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts)
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with 37.5 billable hours per week
