The position is with PediaStaff, a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing, to provide occupational therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves delivering evidence‑based OT services aligned with student IEPs and Colorado Academic Standards, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic, social‑emotional, and functional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OT services aligned with student IEPs and Colorado Academic Standards
• Assess student needs and provide targeted interventions to enhance motor skills, sensory processing, and independence in the school setting
• Adapt services to meet the diverse needs of students across ability levels
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and school teams to promote student success
• Maintain compliance with state/federal laws, district policies, and best practices in school-based OT
