Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients for rehabilitation services including medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record the patient's condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate occupational therapy method.

Requirements

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must have a current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Absorb patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Pay
