Help students thrive through meaningful behavioral support! Join Cross Country Education as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support students, educators, and school teams during the 2026–2027 school year in the Lawndale and Hawthorne, CA area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct student and classroom observations to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized intervention strategies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student outcomes.
- Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and educational teams on evidence-based behavior management practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and educational success.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments, developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams.
- School-based experience or experience supporting K–12 students preferred.
