About the role
Join Cross Country Education as a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and work alongside behavioral and special education professionals to help K–12 students build skills and succeed throughout the school year in Puyallup, WA.
- Implement established individualized treatment plans and behavior interventions for K–12 students.
- Collect data, maintain accurate documentation, and complete timely progress notes to monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA, teachers, and special education staff to support student goals.
- Follow established behavioral protocols and ensure interventions are implemented consistently across the school setting.
Requirements
- Active Washington Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) License
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
Schedule
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
- Predictable 35-hour schedule aligned with the school calendar and operational needs
- Paid sick leave
Pay
Earn up to $27.70 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
