Job Description
Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Special Services, the School Psychologist is responsible for providing a full range of psychological services to support the academic and behavioral competence of students (kindergarten through 12th grade, including our online campus), as well as support parents and staff in both PACT Charter School campuses.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessments and interventions to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized educational plans
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior management strategies
- Provide consultation and training to staff on mental health and behavioral issues
- Participate in parent conferences and meetings
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
Requirements
- MN Teacher's license required in the following area: School Psychologist
- Experience working with students in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in School Psychology or related field
- Licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Minnesota
- Knowledge of child development and psychology
- Experience with assessment tools and techniques

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people

Pay
Salary will be commensurate upon experience. 1.0 FTE (Step/Lane is attached - Minimum $41,000 to Maximum $90,568)

- The PACT Elementary campus is located at 7250 East Ramsey Parkway, in the 420 acre COR Development and next to Ramsey's newest park, The Draw, which includes an amphitheater, water feature, farmer's market, concerts, and other community events.
- The PACT Secondary campus is located at 7729 161st Ave NW between Central Park in Ramsey and the St. Katharine Drexel Church property.
- Many parks and an extensive trail system are readily accessible and connected by a network of trails that link The COR to the regional parks and trail system.
