About the role

The successful candidate will provide psychological services to students in Robertson County Schools, focusing on assessment, intervention, and consultation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to inform educational planning and interventions.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address emotional and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement support plans.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide programs to promote mental health and wellness.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Tennessee School Psychologist license.
  • Experience working with children and families in a school setting.
  • Knowledge of child development, learning theories, and psychological assessment techniques.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
