About the role
The successful candidate will provide psychological services to students in Robertson County Schools, focusing on assessment, intervention, and consultation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to inform educational planning and interventions.
- Provide individual and group counseling to address emotional and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement support plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide programs to promote mental health and wellness.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Masters degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Tennessee School Psychologist license.
- Experience working with children and families in a school setting.
- Knowledge of child development, learning theories, and psychological assessment techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
