School Physical Therapist - $56 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is working with a school district in Portage, Michigan to hire Physical Therapists. Contract Details

• $52.40 - $56.40 per hour
• 38-week contracts
• $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
• Evaluate students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
• Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
• Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
• May be asked to travel between school locations
• May be asked to supervise assistants

Qualifications

• Michigan Physical Therapist License
• American Heart Association BLS

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
