About the Role
PediaStaff is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to support Cahokia School District in Illinois. This is a district-wide school-based position providing physical therapy services to students across the district, supporting children and adolescents from elementary through high school.
Position Details
- Location: Cahokia/Sauget, IL area
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay: $56–$66 per hour
- Start Date: ASAP
- Setting: District-wide school-based position
- Age Group: Elementary through High School
- Caseload: Approximately 40 students
- Travel: PT will travel between district schools as needed
Responsibilities
- Evaluations
- Direct and consultative therapy services
- IEP participation
- Documentation
- Progress monitoring
- Recommendations for equipment, positioning, mobility, and student access within the educational environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license
- School-based or pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
- Experience working with students with a variety of physical and developmental needs is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel between schools within the district
