School Physical Therapist - $49 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is working with a school district in Rockland, Massachusetts to hire Physical Therapists. Contract details

• $45.80 – $49.30 per hour
• 26-week contracts
• $3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
• 6 hours per week, 3-hour shifts, days
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
• Evaluate students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
• Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
• Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
• May be asked to travel between school locations
• May be asked to supervise assistants

Requirements

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist License
• American Heart Association BLS

Qualifications

• Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
