School Services - School Physical Therapist - $49 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is working with a school district in Rockland, Massachusetts to hire a School Physical Therapist for a local contract position.

About the role

This is a 26-week contract role starting as soon as possible. The position involves 6 hours per week, with a shift of 3 hours per day. You may be asked to travel between school locations and supervise assistants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
• Evaluate students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
• Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
• Work collaboratively and communicate with the school interdisciplinary team and student guardians

Requirements

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist License
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required

Pay

$45.80 - $49.30 per hour. A $3,000 assignment bonus is available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details). Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
