Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel School Physical Therapist for a 38-week assignment in Moreno Valley, California. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a school setting by supporting students' physical development and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve gross motor skills, mobility, and overall function
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student needs and goals
• Educate staff on strategies to accommodate students with physical challenges
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Adapt classroom environments and materials to promote accessibility
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide recommendations for support

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS / CPR Certification

Pay

$2,689 - $2,772.17 per week

Schedule

• 38-week assignment
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts
• On-site in a school setting
