Responsibilities

• Manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for home health patients with diverse diagnoses.

Requirements

• One year of recent experience in Home Health (preferred).
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Active state license.
• Supervisory professional references.
• Must complete drug screen and background screen.
