Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT, or proactively in the process of application for current state licensure
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient

Pay

Pay package is based on 7.25 hour shifts and 36.25 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
