School of Nursing - Part-Time Lecturer Pool
About the role
The School of Nursing at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its Part-Time Lecturer Pool. We welcome applications from individuals who are experienced and student-centered to teach in at least one of the following subject areas: Medical-Surgical/Critical Care Nursing, Pediatrics, OB/Maternity Nursing, School Nursing, Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing, Community/Population Nurse Midwifery/Women’s Health Care, Advanced Practice Nursing, Leadership and Education courses, Master’s and Doctoral level courses in research, leadership, policy/advocacy, epidemiology, among others.
Responsibilities
- Teach in various nursing subjects at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Develop and deliver high-quality course content.
- Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback.
- Participate in curriculum development and revision.
- Engage in scholarly activities such as research, publication, and presentation.
Requirements
- Masters and/or Doctorate in Nursing.
- RN License.
- Demonstrate ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students.
- Eligibility for Board of Registered Nursing faculty approval is required for pre-licensure teaching positions.

Pay
$5,507 - $6,677 per month.
Schedule
Temporary appointments often made just prior to the start of the academic term. Appointments are made as Lecturers, under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the CSU system and the California Faculty Association.
