Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Model a personal commitment to the goals and values of Liberty University, engaging in an active commitment to, and experience of, personal spiritual formation within a biblically informed Christian worldview.
• Be committed to the evangelical standards and mission of Liberty University.
• Teach courses as assigned, utilizing approved curriculum and assigned schedules to ensure student satisfaction.
• Aid students in achieving their learning objectives and provide regular, timely feedback.
• Participate in retention initiatives by maintaining productive contact with students and aiding absent students.
• Advises students on academic, attendance, and behavioral matters.
• Maintain and report student grades and attendance in accordance with university policies.
• Adhere strictly to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner.
• Work effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering the University's mission.

Qualifications, Credentials, And Competencies

• Earned a Master’s or terminal degree in Human Resources.
• To teach at the baccalaureate level, possess a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Human Resources with experience preferred.
• To teach at the Master’s or Doctoral level, possess a conferred terminal degree in Human Resources.
• Relevant certifications are considered.

Pay

Courses are typically paid at $800 per load hour.
