School Occupational Therapist

Role: Certified Occupational Therapist providing school-based services to students in partner districts. Key Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to assess student needs.Develop and implement IEP-aligned treatment plans.Provide direct OT services and consultative support to students and staff.Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.Document services, outcomes, and progress; participate in IEP meetings.Support classroom accommodations by adapting environments and recommending strategies. Qualifications & Skills Current certification/licensure as an Occupational Therapist.Strong ability to evaluate, plan, and deliver OT interventions for diverse learning needs.Effective collaboration and communication with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Competence in clinical documentation and IEP participation.Ability to translate OT goals into classroom supports and functional strategies.
