School Occupational Therapist - $51 per hour

About the Role

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a School Occupational Therapist for a local contract position in Maricopa, Arizona. This role involves helping students succeed through school-based OT services, with a schedule that allows for evenings, weekends, and holidays off.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
• Potentially supervise OT assistants

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with an Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay

• $46.95 – $50.60 per hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)
