Responsibilities

• Provide essential support and specialized care to students, including IEP meetings, direct therapy, and nursing care.
• Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to tailor services to each student’s needs.
• Treat students with communication disorders such as articulation, language, and fluency issues.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations.
• Write and implement goals and objectives for IEPs.
• Collaborate across a multi-disciplinary team and provide classroom support.
• Work with children in various classroom settings and provide additional services based on student needs.

Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapist license.
• Willing to obtain Washington licensure.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in school setting.

Schedule

• Shift: 8 hours, days.
• Hours: 37 hours per week.
• Schedule: 08:00 to 15:30.

Pay

• Pay range: $50 – $55 per hour.

Duration

• Contract length: 2026–2027 school year (42 weeks).
