School Occupational Therapist - $47 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Town & County, Missouri to hire a local contract School Occupational Therapist.

About the role

Help kids shine as a School-Based OT! This role offers a great work-life balance with evenings, weekends, and holidays free. You’ll deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP, develop and implement therapy plans, evaluate students, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families. Some travel between schools may be required, and you may supervise OT assistants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and track effective therapy plans
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
• Potentially supervise OT assistants

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with a Missouri license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay

• Hourly rate: $44 - $47.35 per hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus available (*conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 37 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
