About the role
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a local contract School Occupational Therapist for a local contract job in Leonardtown, Maryland. Help kids shine as a School-Based OT and make a real difference in students' lives while having your evenings, weekends, and holidays to yourself.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver OT services based on each student's IEP
- Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work
- Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
- Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
- Potentially supervise OT assistants
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with a Maryland license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Pay
- $41 - $44.15 per hour
- $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)
