About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide 1:1 nursing care for students in a school setting.
Responsibilities
- Managing medical needs such as trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, personal and diabetic care
- Transporting students to and from school
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- Health certificate
- PPD or chest X-ray
- BLS card
Qualifications
- Experience as an LVN/LPN is preferred
