About the role
Masters Academy International is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Staff Nurse to support the health and wellbeing of students in our boarding school community. The Staff Nurse will provide comprehensive healthcare services, promote wellness, and ensure a safe living and learning environment for students residing on campus.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services, including routine health checks and coordinated care for illnesses or injuries.
- Serve as a primary healthcare provider and health educator for our unique boarding school community.
- Support student-athletes who live away from home with on-campus care, which may occasionally require evening or weekend availability.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or adolescent healthcare strongly preferred.
- Credentials: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility for licensure).
- Expertise: Demonstrated success in clinical assessment and decision-making.
- Knowledge: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to respond calmly in emergency situations; Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities; Compassionate approach when working with adolescents from diverse backgrounds.

The salary for this role is $70,000.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday from 12:00pm-8:00pm.
