About the role

Florence Township School District is seeking a qualified school nurse to assist with reviewing and verifying student athletic forms for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Review student athletic forms and registrations for completion and accuracy
• Verify required medical documentation for student-athlete participation
• Review information in Genesis related to athletic registration and health documentation
• Communicate with administration, the athletic department, and the school physician, as needed
• Assist with ensuring student-athlete documentation is organized and ready for the start of the athletic season
• Maintain confidentiality of student health information

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey School Nurse Certificate
• Knowledge of athletic forms, student health documentation, and school medical clearance procedures
• Experience using Genesis or similar student information systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with school physician and athletic office
