Assesses, formulates nursing diagnoses, establishes nursing goals, creates individualized care plans, and evaluates student progress.Assesses and implements individualized plans for students with special needs and follows student IEPs.Conducts required grade-level vision, hearing, body mass index, and scoliosis screenings. Utilizes a triage approach to care for sick and injured students.
