School Nurse - 1.0 FTE

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license.
• Will consider applicants with ADN and BSN.

Purpose

The School Nurse along with the Health Services Coordinator helps students attain an optimum level of physical, social and emotional health. In order to coordinate a comprehensive student health program, the School Nurse must work closely with the District Nurse Coordinator, staff and administration of the district.

Starting Salary

Commensurate with degrees held and years of experience

Requirements

• All employees must have a current TB test (Tuberculosis).
• If you've had a recent TB Test (less than 12 months ago) we can accept a copy of your test results.
• If it's been more than 1 year ago, you will be required to obtain a new test.
• Employees are responsible for the cost of the test.
• Must submit a pre-employment physical prior to first day of work.
