School Monitor, Leave Replacement for Lunch Recess- Greenvale

About the role

The Eastchester School District is seeking candidates for the leave replacement position of school monitor assigned to work with elementary age students at the Greenvale School. Ideal candidates are those who are energetic, patient and have experience working with children. This is a leave replacement position beginning immediately.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with elementary age students
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and staff
• Ability to take oral and written directives
• Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position
• NYSED Fingerprint Clearance

Pay

Salary range: In accordance with the Eastchester Monitors Association (EMA) negotiated salary schedule, $18.02 - $23.18 per hour, step placement contingent upon prior relevant experience.

Schedule

Hours: 10:45 AM – 1:15 PM, Monday – Friday.
