Job Summary The Assistant School Experience Manager supports the School Experience Manager in leading and developing a team of School Experience Representatives. This role provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational support while helping ensure strong school relationships, successful event execution, and consistent customer service. The Assistant Manager helps monitor team performance, remove barriers, reinforce expectations, and support escalations when needed. Responsibilities Support the School Experience Manager in leading, coaching, and developing School Experience Representatives. Provide day-to-day guidance, feedback, and support to team members. Monitor team workload, priorities, deadlines, and operational needs. Reinforce expectations for communication, customer service, scheduling, and event readiness. Support the coordination and execution of Picture Days, Senior Roadshows, and other school photography events.Help ensure account details, event requirements, deadlines, and school needs are documented and communicated accurately. Assist team members with problem-solving, customer concerns, and appropriate escalations. Monitor key performance metrics and identify coaching or process improvement opportunities.Support onboarding, training, and continued team development. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Production, Customer Experience, and other internal partners. Identify operational barriers and partner with the Manager on solutions. Support team meetings, reporting, seasonal initiatives, and special projects. Serve as a leadership resource when the School Experience Manager is unavailable. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education High School diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly.Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment.Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment.Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms. Work Schedule and Availability This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Work demands may extend beyond standard business hours during peak seasons or critical operational periods. Employees in this role are expected to maintain the flexibility needed to complete job responsibilities and support business needs.
