About the role

The Manager of School Culture & Student Success is responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment through restorative practices, data-driven behavior interventions, and strong family engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee positive reinforcement systems like LiveSchool
• Promote prosocial behavior aligned with school values
• Coach staff on classroom management and social-emotional learning (SEL)
• Design school-wide assemblies, student incentives, community events, and manage recess and lunch operations
• Maintain effective communication with families
• Facilitate behavior planning
• Organize engagement activities
• Apply restorative discipline strategies
• De-escalate conflicts using de-escalation techniques
• Lead restorative conversations to repair harm and promote community trust

Requirements

• Experience in behavior management
• Experience in social-emotional learning (SEL)
• Data analysis skills
• Professional development in restorative practices
