Requirements

• Hold or be eligible for a Virginia teaching certificate with endorsement in School Counseling.
• Experience in school counseling or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse student body and staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Counseling or closely related field.
• Knowledgeable in current research-based practices in school counseling.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for closing equity and achievement gaps.
