About the role

Seabright is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract School Counselor for the 2026‑2027 school year. The position is on‑site in Trenton, NJ, serving elementary school and kindergarten students. It is a part‑time role (approximately 14 hours per week) with an anticipated start date as soon as possible and an end date of June 4, 2027. Pay

Weekly pay range: $41.19 – $47.14 per hour.

Part‑time schedule (approximately 14 hours per week).

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a School Counselor within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Counselor credential/license or in process in the state of practice
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; proof required upon hire (no visa sponsorship)
