School Bus Driver/Trainee- $5000 SIGN ON BONUS*

Responsibilities

• Operate school buses on AM and PM routes for Coatesville or Downingtown (and surrounding areas such as Twin Valley).
• Maintain a consistent part‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday.
• Transport passengers safely, with the option to have your own child(ren) ride with you.

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $24.75 – $28.75 per hour.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus for fully licensed drivers with a CDL S & P endorsements (new hires hired between February 1 2026 and September 30 2026).
• Up to $150 per month in incentive bonuses, paid bi‑weekly after successful training.
• $250 training bonus (terms and conditions apply).
• Paid training to obtain your Commercial Driver License.

Schedule

• Part‑time employment, day shift only (no nights or weekends).
• Split schedule: 20–30 hours per week, guaranteed 4 hours per day.
• Summer work available.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Valid driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must hold a CDL with S & P endorsements for the sign‑on bonus.
• Must be able to pass background checks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
