School Bus Driver/Trainee- $5000 SIGN ON BONUS*

Compensation

• $5,000 sign‑on bonus for fully licensed school bus drivers who hold a valid CDL with both S & P endorsements (new hires hired between February 1 2026 and September 30 2026).
• Opportunity to earn up to an additional $150 per month in incentives, paid out every two weeks.
• Very competitive hourly pay: $24.75 / $28.75 per hour (rate varies by experience/position).
• Paid training to obtain your Commercial Driver License.
• $250 training bonus (terms and conditions apply).

Job Information

• Part‑time employment; day shift only—no nights or weekends required.
• Split schedule: 20–30 hours per week, with a guaranteed 4 hours per day.
• Monday – Friday work, covering both AM and PM routes for Coatesville or Downingtown (also serving Twin Valley and surrounding areas).
• Summer work available.
• Driver may bring their child(ren) to ride while they drive.
• Consistent schedule with steady income; ideal for ride‑share drivers, gig workers, retirees, stay‑at‑home parents, or college students.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must be able to pass background checks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• For sign‑on bonus eligibility, must hold a valid CDL with both S & P endorsements.
