School Bus Driver
A School Bus Driver is responsible for transporting students safely and on time from their pickup point to school and back. This includes performing pre-trip inspections, ensuring child safety, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.
- Safely transport students to and from school and activities
- Arrive at destinations on schedule
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Conduct child checks after each route
- Use navigation tools to plan efficient routes
- Maintain a clean, fueled, and well-maintained vehicle
- Keep accurate mileage and maintenance records
- Interact with students, parents, and staff in a professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
