Safely transport students to and from school and events
- Drive assigned local routes
- Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
- Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
- Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies
Requirements
- CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
- Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
- Safe driving record
- Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
- Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
Paid Training
Paid training is provided by NRT Bus, Inc. for those without a CDL.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $36 (Effective 8/24/26)
- Paid Training: $20/hour
- Charter/Activity Trips: $27.81/hour (Effective 8/24/26)
- Schedule: Part-time, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
- Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours
