LOCATION OF POSITION: Fairport NY 14450; Transportation Department
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT
- July 9, 2026 - August 19, 2026.
- Some positions start July 8.
DUTIES

- Attend to special needs of students.
- Assist with loading and unloading of students.
- Supervise the conduct of students.
- Attend to special needs of students.
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and evacuation plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Mandatory orientation/training.
- Must meet all Civil Service requirements for a School Bus Attendant.
- Completion of the BOCES bus attendant training program (SED).
- Commitment to the full 30-day Summer School Program.
- Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
COMPENSATION
- SALARY RANGE: $16.00 per hour (or higher pending contract negotiations) or your 2026-27 rate in this title for current Monroe One Boces staff
OTHER INFORMATION
- Non-District Attendants, there is a Mandatory orientation/training.
- Employment is contingent upon student enrollment and availability of programs.
- First consideration to current BOCES employees if applications are submitted by 3/20/2026.
