Responsibilities
- Support adults with severe mental illness through individualized services including counseling, case management, group therapy, and prescription-drug management.
- Provide mental health and substance use assessment and treatment services to children, families, and adults in Butler and Clermont counties.
- Offer trauma-focused therapeutic visitation and family support services to children and families in Butler and Clermont counties.
- Implement evidence-based practices and direct-service programs to prepare children for success in school and home environments.
- Conduct in-depth assessments and treatment for those involved in the criminal justice system, focusing on mental health and addiction issues.
- Ensure a standardized entry to a system of care that provides accessible and high-quality services for individuals with mental health needs.
Requirements
Experience in mental health, substance abuse, or related fields is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
