School Based -Registered Behavioral Technician, RBT

We are seeking dedicated individuals who hold or are eager to obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. This credential is essential for those providing ABA or insurance-based services in Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children and young adults diagnosed with autism in homes and communities.
• Pursue BAYADA-provided training and receive extensive supervision.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as per the treatment plan and behavior support plan.
• Establish and maintain supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Document interventions and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collect and review behavior data to strategize program improvements.
• Provide training and support in interpersonal skills and living in the community.
• Maintain awareness of clients' health status and report any changes.

Requirements

• One year experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.
• CPR/FA certification required.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or willingness to pursue one.
• Flexible scheduling available, including school-based hours.
• Experience in home and community settings with children diagnosed with autism.
