Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate RBTs to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an RBT with Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will be responsible for implementing behavior analytic interventions and strategies with clients, conducting data collection and analysis, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ABA interventions and strategies under the supervision of a BCBA or RBT Supervisor
• Conduct data collection and analysis, as well as maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide support and guidance to clients and their families to help them achieve their goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
