About the role

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide onsite services in a school setting, supporting K-12 students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted therapy per Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings.

Requirements

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado.
• Prior experience in school-based environments preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Experience in therapy practices and collaboration skills.
