About the role
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based role supporting students across multiple schools within a district.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop and implement treatment plans focused on sensorimotor, educational, recreational, and social activities.
- Collaborate with IEP teams to promote student success.
- Provide consultation and training to educators to enhance students' motor, sensory, attention, and executive functioning skills.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to state and district standards.
- Coordinate services across multiple school sites.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure in good standing.
- CPR and first aid certification.
Qualifications
Experience in school-based pediatric settings or with children preferred.
Skills
- Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills.
- Effective collaboration and communication with staff and families.
- Ability to manage documentation accurately and timely.
