Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a community-oriented outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing children's medical and developmental histories, including sensory, motor, and functional needs.
• Evaluating children through play-based observation and standardized assessments to identify challenges in fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, and participation.
• Developing individualized, child-centered treatment plans to promote independence at home, school, and community.
• Establishing measurable goals and applying therapeutic activities, sensory strategies, adaptive equipment, and hands-on techniques to improve engagement and daily living skills.
• Educating and coaching parents and caregivers to support skill transfer and development outside therapy sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Georgia Occupational Therapy license.
• Potentially BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
