School Based Occupational Therapist (55940)

About the role

We can offer a full-time position, with time split between the schools and clinic, or as a part-time school-based position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
• Provide documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support carryover at home

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• DPI certification for school-based practice (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in pediatrics or school settings preferred
