School-Based Occupational Therapist - $55 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Salem, Oregon to hire a local contract Occupational Therapist.

About the Role

Help kids shine as a School-Based OT! This role offers a great work-life balance with evenings, weekends, and holidays off. You’ll work 20 hours per week over 4-hour shifts during the day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and track effective therapy plans
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
• Potentially supervise OT assistants

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with an Oregon license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay

• Hourly rate: $50.75 - $54.65 per hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)
