About the role
The School Based Instructional Aide is responsible for providing academic support to students in a school setting.
Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering lesson plans and activities
- Assist students with individualized learning plans
- Mentor students to improve their academic performance
- Participate in regular meetings with teachers and administrators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Background check required
