About the role

The School Based Instructional Aide is responsible for providing academic support to students in a school setting. This includes assisting teachers with lesson planning, grading assignments, and providing one-on-one tutoring.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with lesson planning and classroom management
• Grade assignments and provide feedback to students
• Provide one-on-one tutoring to students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to enhance student learning

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of special education needs and accommodations
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (if required)
