School Based Instructional Aide

Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 or in a small group setting with clients inside a local school district.
- Implement behavior principles to increase use of coping skills and pro‑social skills in the school environment and decrease unsafe or disruptive behavior using trauma‑informed methods.
- Observe client skills and collect data to assess the individual's skills and develop program goals.
- Collaborate with school personnel, attend school‑related meetings, and provide coaching, training, and support to parents and/or caregivers in behavior management strategies to increase generalization of the individual's skill sets.
Requirements
- At least a high school diploma.
- Previous professional experience working with children.
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral science preferred.
- Specific experience with children who have Autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or ABA experience is a plus.

Pay
Hourly compensation expectation is up to $20/hour (based on experience).
