Responsibilities

• Carefully follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Participate in extensive training to gain insights into child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Create fun, interactive learning experiences using our proprietary curriculum.

Requirements

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.

Skills

• Caring and attentive to children's needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
• Strong observational and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of child development and educational practices.
• Ability to implement creative and engaging learning activities.
