Part Time Afternoon Teacher 2:00-6:00 (M-F)

Supervise and engage children

• Implement lesson plans promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment in accordance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Encourage creativity and exploration through play-based learning.
• Aid in daily routines such as snack time and outdoor play.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education degree preferred.
• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Pay and Schedule

• Flexible schedule with availability from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
