Part Time Day Shift Teacher/Tutor

About the role

We are seeking qualified candidates with degrees in Math, Chemistry, Biology, and related sciences, as well as those with degrees in English, History, and Writing for Verbal ACT/SAT instruction. Additionally, we need Certified Elementary and Secondary Teachers for remedial and enrichment instruction in Reading, Writing, Mathematics, and ACT/SAT preparation.

Responsibilities

• Work with a variety of students at all grade levels on an individual or one-to-one basis.
• Track students' daily progress and observe marked improvement in their skills, confidence, and motivation.
• Teach without the need for homework correction or lesson planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certification a plus.
• Exam Prep tutors must take and pass the ACT or SAT exam in their area of expertise.
